DeMolay

DeMolay is a youth-led organization that helps young men develop leadership, character, and life skills. I'll showcase my journey in DeMolay, highlighting the leadership roles I've taken on, the events I've helped organize, and the impact we've made in the community. 

• About DeMolay: A youth led organization for young men ages twelve to twenty-one focused on leadership, character and service. It was founded in 1919 to build integrity, responsibility and brotherhood through hands on experiences.

• My Journey: Joined L C Kelley Chapter in March 2024 as Marshal where I learned ceremony protocol and public speaking. I currently serve as Junior Councilor guiding meetings, mentoring peers and coordinating chapter activities.
  
  

• Leadership Roles: Joined L C Kelley Chapter in March 2024 as Marshal where I learned ceremony protocol, opened and closed meetings, supported senior officers, and developed my public speaking skills. I currently serve as Junior Councilor where I guide weekly chapter meetings, mentor new members through our rituals and values, coordinate event logistics with adult advisors, and lead planning for community service projects .
